We used Ali Veiseh as our selling agent. He was an excellent communicator and was very helpful from the start to finish of the sale. He helped us with pre-inspection of the house and suggestions for needed repairs and even renovations that would standout to sellers. This was necessary as our house wasn’t in a great shape, because it was in the hands of tenants in the last several years. He was very resourceful in finding reasonable contractors. He was great in handling the open house and advertising the house. At the end, our house looked great and was in an excellent shape and sold for an excellent price, well above the asking price. I was most impressed by his negotiation skills. I have bought and sold a few houses during my lifetime. Hands down, Ali was the best agent, I have ever used. I highly recommend Ali to anyone who would want to sell a house.
